Can I elect different remedies for loans sold if a repurchase or the LLPA was chosen to remedy a defect?

In the instance where I may choose either repurchase or the LLPA to remedy the defect, am I able to elect different remedies for loans sold to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac

No. You must elect the same remedy for all loans in the scenario where an election is possible regardless of which GSE the loan was sold to.
