Can all borrowers sign loan documents using a POA during the pandemic?

The limitations in B8-5-05, Requirements for Use of a Power of Attorney requiring at least one borrower signature of the note and security instrument are suspended

Effective:  These flexibilities are effective immediately for all loans in process and remain in place for loans with application dates on or before Jun. 30, 2020
